- Two words: frozen bananas. A small banana contains about 80 calories and will satisfy a sweet tooth. Slice them up into
thin slices, put them in a ziploc baggie and put them in the freezer. They will never freeze solid, but will freeze enough
so that when you eat them, it's almost like ice cream. They are sooo good.
- Get popsicle molds and fill them with diet coke or diet green tea. No calories and again, sweet tooth craving.
- For those days when you have to look like you are eating, or if you are following a 2-4-6-8 diet, Lean Cuisine meals
are good. A sweet and sour chicken meal gives you chicken and pasta will about 320 calories. Add a frozen banana for dessert,
and there is your 400 calorie day.
- Take prenatal vitamins. Even if you have no intentions of getting pregnant, the prenatal vitamins will make your skin,
hair and nails really beautiful and will prevent you from looking like you're sick.
- Use either a self tanner or the daily glow moisturizers. The tan will make you look skinnier.
- If you have a boyfriend, go on birth control. This way theres no chance of you getting pregnant. Even though ana is
our lives, if you get pregnant and still are anorexic the baby can get really sick. Plus there are pills out there that curb
your appetite and make your periods shorter and less painful. Some even clear up your skin.
- This sounds crazy but: baby food. A jar only has between 20-100 calories and they have all kinds of flavors. Really
the fruit ones taste just like pudding. Sometimes I steal some spoonfuls from my daughters jar. Very little calories.
